Eat Well Tasmania Inc, as part of its project and campaign efforts, is exploring ways to mobilise resources and influence the policy environment to support Tasmanians to enjoy more Tasmanian food.

Our recent research has looked into seasonal availability of food in Tasmania, the potential of agritourism and currently underway is our project exploring roadblocks and opportunities for more local food procurement by institutions. (Thank you to the Department of Health for supporting this applied research project)

Eat Well Tasmania also has a shovel ready project scoped to deliver a comprehensive 24 month campaign to create Tasmanian food champions and strengthen connections across the local food system. Please contact us to learn more.
