Felds Farm’s Lauren and Mike run the 1 acre market garden in North East Tasmania, using organic and no-till principles to produce a variety of seasonal vegetables and fruit. With a passion for regenerative agriculture, building soil structure and ecology, and combined with common experience as chefs, Lauren and Mike produce nutrient-dense and delicious food in a sustainable system.
Local to the Lilydale area, Felds Farm produces freshly harvested, seasonal vegetables and vegetable boxes each week.
