Thirlstane Gardens are growing delicious produce along the soil rich North West coast of Tasmania.

Established in 2010, Thirlstane Gardens is a small family business, run by Graeme Lodge, wife Kym and their three daughters.

The business produces seasonal salad greens and herbs, with a reputation for quality and freshness. In the summer months the team expand into valued-added products—don’t miss out on their herb pesto!

Specialising in salad vegetables, Thirlstane Gardens grow red and green butterhead lettuce, oakleaf lettuce, baby cos, basil, coriander, sage, parsley, thyme, bay leaves, tarragon and lovage. You can find and buy Thirlstane produce at the Launceston Harvest Farmer’s Market.
