- 125g small Brussel sprouts, roughly chopped
- 100g kale leaves, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander (stalks and leaves)
- 100g ground almonds
- 100g toasted pine nuts
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 180ml extra virgin olive oil + extra for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
- Salt & pepper to season
