Pork, Sage and Mushroom Kebabs

Directions

  1. Place the pork cubes in a bowl or casserole dish.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until blended.

  3. Pour the marinade over the pork and cover with plastic wrap.

  4. Store in the refrigerator for a minimum of three, or up to eight hours.

  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  6. Thread the meat, mushrooms, and sage leaves alternately onto the skewers.

  7. Continue until all the ingredients are used.

  8. Grill until golden brown, turning halfway. This should take about a total of 10 minutes. Brush with additional olive oil as needed to prevent sticking.

  9. Serve with honey mustard sauce. Serve immediately.

  • Tips and Tricks
    Pre-soak your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes before using. This will stop them from burning on the BBQ.
