(spent coffee just means, used coffee ground and aqua faba is the juice from a can of cooked chickpeas).
Directions

Preheat oven to 100°C (210°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Blitz coffee grounds into a fine powder and pass through a fine sieve

Whip aqua faba until stiff peaks form. (it’s easier with an electric beater but you can do it by hand with a whisk).

Slowly add sugar, a little at a time whipping until the mixture is glossy and holds firm peaks.
Whip in spent coffee a little at a time until you like the flavour.

Dollop onto trays in large spoonfuls sized … dollops … or you can spread out into thin sheets.

Bake for around 2 hours. Let cool and enjoy!
