Tarkine Fresh Oysters was founded in 2017 by Jonathon Poke after growing oysters for 40 years in Duck Bay Tasmania. Delivering a quality product was a primary motivator for Jonathon – believing in a “fresh on the day” approach. This means oysters are harvested and shucked on the same day you’ll be eating them.

Tarkine Fresh Oysters want to shake up the way people connect with their food. Especially in Tasmania, the state produces some of the finest produce. Jon and the team want to further Tasmania’s reputation as being known globally for our beautiful produce.
