Directions
- Thread cauliflower florets onto skewers - see note.
- Brush with oil and sprinkle over a small pinch of salt.
- Grill over low flame or on griddle dish.
- For nicely roasted cauliflower without the raw taste, they need to be cooked for about 6 minutes on both sides.
- Once they're cooked through, brush the skewers with honey and soy. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

Pre-soak your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 15 before using. This will stop them from burning on the BBQ.
